I took my son after school to check out the exotic car dealerships on Rt 17 in North Jersey and our first stop was McLaren of North Jersey. As we were looking at the inventory in the parking lot, a salesman came out to talk to us about the new Artura we were looking at. His name was Tevin and he immediately asked my son if he wanted to sit in the car. Without hesitation, he said yes and his face lit up. Tevin went over all the details of the car and how the driving modes worked. FYI, my son is 12. He then told my son to start the car , let it warm up then rev the engine. I don’t know who was happier, me or my son! Once we were done drooling, Tevin took us inside and showed us a VERY rare car that’s 1 of 75 but also the only one in the world painted in that specific way. What a cool experience to have. The reasons why I’m writing this review is not only because of how we were treated by Tevin, but also how knowledgeable he was of his products. WAY too many times, I know much more about the products I’m shopping for than the people who are trying to sell them to me. Tevin even knew the racing heritage and family history of McLaren. Despite the fact we were only window shopping, Tevin took the time to give my son and I a fantastic experience. I hope his manager sees this review and does whatever is needed to retain him and or promote him. He’s the kind of employee you want to have to help grow your business.

If there is an option for 10 stars, I would give 11. I have been with McLaren family since 2018 from my first 570s to 720s now. I recently had my third annual service done for my 720s and I must say that it was an incredible experience. The staff at the service department was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.What really stood out to me was the level of customer service that I received. Adriana is so amazing that she make sure I understand the whole process and she always go extra mile to make sure I am fully satisfied. This level of customer service is one of the kind and I promise you that you will never see this anywhere else!

2nd time here for repairs and I can honestly say this place eliminates the fears about owning an exotic car. White glove service (complimentary enclosed flatbed towing to and from), fair pricing and above all, HONESTY!! My car was making a strange noise and some "buddies" of mine who also own exotics said straight away that it was likely a hub bearing issue which would set be back thousands. The mechanic carefully diagnosed the problem and realized it was simply a loose axel nut bolt, something which was easily and inexpensively repaired. And of course, they detail the car before returning it to you. Great to know that this place is NOT about ripping off their customers. 2 thumbs up for McLaren of North Jersey and their great service staff, both Tony and Adriana.

A few weeks ago during the first week of November, I took delivery of a new 2022 McLaren 720S Spider. What an outstanding experience I had with McLaren of North Jersey. I had ordered the car in late-January 2022 and was told it would be delivered sometime in October 2022 as the target date with production in the UK. To start, when I ordered the car in January 2022, I had the good fortune to work with Gino Caterino, the Sales Consultant for the Dealership. Gino was so knowledgeable about the car, went over everything in detail with me, and helped me build the perfect car, knowing my likes and styles, and again, built it to perfection for me. During mid-2022, there was a battery shortage at production in the UK due to a fire that happened at one of McClaren's suppliers. This should have delayed the delivery of my car by several Months. With Gino's, and Allan Greenfield's (the Dealership Manager), contacts, close relationships, and persistence with McLaren's USA Corporate Office, they were able to miraculously still get the car delivered to me the first week of November, just a few weeks later than first represented to me in January, and no easy task to do that with those circumstances. During that time, they kept me totally updated on the battery situation, and what they were doing to ensure the delivery would still just about meet the original target date. I cannot overstate the value and appreciation of that. When the car was delivered to me in early November, it was absolutely spectacular in all respects, and absolutely exceeded all my expectations in the way Gino built it and the whole presentation and delivery process. Gino, Allan, and the whole McClaren of North Jersey Dealership are the definition of professionalism and excellence. I would highly recommend to anyone that is in the market for a McClaren to absolutely go to McLaren of North Jersey and see Gino and Allan.
