I just received my car back from MNJ after its' annual service and 1 year McLaren ESC warranty extension and I could not be happier with the service and support. My Service Advisor Adriana was a dream to work with throughout the experience, she kept in constant communication and used text messages to make everything super smooth and efficient the whole time the car was at their facility. My Service Tech was Aaron, he was readily accessible and provided his tremendous knowledge on all technical and mechanical aspects of the car and the service. If you want peace of mind and someone highly capable and competent, then Aaron is exactly the type of person you want taking care of your car, hands down!. Also, if you're concerned about having your car transported to and from MNJ, don't be! Jason is MNJ's transporter and he has over a decade of experience moving highly valuable and super low vehicles. He literally loads and unloads your car in minutes, no drama, no issues just super easy and convenient. Finally, I seriously had one of the best Service experiences you could ask for from beginning to end. And, as an "out of state" customer, I'll admit I was a little nervous but not anymore. Again, thank you MNJ for making the entire Service experience a very pleasant and relaxing one. I'll be back again for my Annual Service next year, or sooner should the need arise. Best, EJL

I drive tractor trailer and frequently drive past this location. The other day I had some free time and my 11-year-old son with me so we stopped in. Completely out of my league. I don't think I could afford a mirror on any of those cars. But the staff was very friendly and the place was extremely clean. The experience of buying a used Porsche at McLaren North Jersey totally exceeded my expectations. My salesman Gino was knowledgeable and so easy to work with. The car was immaculate, and although eight years old, was beautifully prepped and looked like it just came out of the factory. I wished to have the car given a pre purchase inspection, and when I couldn't arrange for one, they made arrangement with the local Porsche dealer to do the inspection. The car was given an oil change and filter, a wheel alignment, and new tires to truly bring it up to "as new" condition. I would be pleased to buy from them in the future. and recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional car buying experience. I give them a five star plus rating.
